1. General information
These terms govern purchases made through this online store, operated by Veloura (see Legal notice). By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping within Spain is free. We do our best to show products as accurately as possible; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Ordering
To buy, add products to your cart, enter your details and confirm payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. The contract is concluded when that confirmation is sent.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted; we do not store your card details.
5. Discount codes
Promo codes are valid while active, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined.
6. Shipping and delivery
We prepare orders within 24-48 business hours and delivery takes 3-5 business days. More information in our Shipping policy.
7. Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, subject to the hygiene exception for opened cosmetics. See our Returns policy.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under RDL 1/2007. If a product is not as described, contact us and we'll fix it.
9. Product use
Cosmetics are for external use only. Read the ingredients before use and, if you have allergies or very sensitive skin, patch test on a small area first. Stop using it if irritation occurs.
10. Data protection
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
