Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

To exercise this right, email ayuda.veloura@gmail.com with your order number and the products you want to return. We'll reply with the return instructions.

Hygiene exception

For health protection and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (art. 103.e RDL 1/2007). Products must be returned unused, sealed and in their original packaging.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered. In those cases we cover all costs.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the product and the package. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked the return, we'll refund you within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have sent proof of shipment.
